What will the pace be?

Although we will all naturally be different paces, we run to the pace of the slowest runner. This may mean pauses along the way to regroup, if you are interested in helping out by knowing the route and leading the way please get in touch!

Will there be a bag drop?

No, currently there is no option to leave a bag. Please come along ready to run!

Is there a minimum age?

Runova is only for those aged 18 or over at the moment.

I'm a beginner runner, can I come along?

We welcome all paces, the club is more focused on a supportive environment rather than pace although we do ask that you are able to confidently complete the 5k distance.

Is there parking near by?

The closest car park is Central Car Park which is only a 2 minute walk from Hebe Fitness (start point). Please check if payment is required.
