The second annual Running of the Bulldogs 5K run/walk is a part of Family Weekend on the campus of Benedictine University at Springfield. Participants do not have to be a Family Weekend participant in order to register for this event. This is a family friendly (strollers and dogs welcome) event. Refreshments will be provided at the end of the run/walk.
All participants are required to read and sign the event waiver form to be considered a participant.
$20 for all runners/walkers/ages $17 for Springfield College or Benedictine University at Springfield alumni.
The 5K route will circle the Benedictine campus and wind through and around Lincoln Park. This is a completely paved course. All miles will be marked along the way and there will be a water stop available for runners/walkers.

Friday, April 19 evening before the race
Pick up packets in the Angela Hall Gym on campus 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, April 20 Race Day Race at 8:30 a.m.
7:30 a.m. – 8:15 a.m. Packet Pick up at Start/Finish location
The event begins and ends on the campus of Benedictine University at Springfield. Please park in the campus parking lot located at the corner of 6th and Keys.
