Running to the Mat- the running and yoga group

Join Nicole Thompson for this fun and challenging running and yoga group. You start with a 45-minute group run through the Presidio trails and then meet back at A Runner's Mind for a 45-minute strong yoga practice with adjustments and modifications for all level students. You will get a great workout and will feel energized afterwards.
Bring your own mat or rent one for $1. Don't forget a towel!
