Running to the Mat- the running and yoga group

Join Nicole Thompson and combine running and yoga, which are two complementary types of exercise.
Come out and be part of this amazing running and yoga group. There will be a 45-minute group run through the Presidio followed by a 45-minute strong yoga practice with adjustments and modifications for all level of students.
Bring your own mat or rent one for $1. Don't forget a towel!
