Join Tina Muir, host of "Running for Real with Tina Muir," as she sits down with Olympic medalist Deena Kastor and New York Mets and New York Giants sports and clinical psychologist Dr. Jonathan Fader. The group will discuss how to mentally approach the 2019 TCS New York City Marathon and offer best practices and advice on how to run your best race.

Deena Kastor is an Olympic medalist and the American record holder in the marathon. She is the author of the New York Times Best Seller Let Your Mind Run: A Memoir of Thinking My Way to Victory. She currently lives in Mammoth Lakes, CA.

Dr. Jonathan Fader is a licensed clinical and performance psychologist. He is best known for working with professional athletes in the MLB and NFL, including the New York Mets and the New York Giants. Fader is the co-founder of Union Square Practice and SportStrata in New York City. Dr. Fader regularly works with athletes, performers, entrepreneurs, businesses, schools, physicians, and first responders including The New York City Fire Department. He is a co-author of the forthcoming book, Coaching Athletes to Be Their Best: Motivational Interviewing in Sports.

Tina Muir is a keynote speaker and the host of the Running for Real podcast, which amassed over 2 million downloads in just over two years. Tina created the Running for Real community, a place for runners to share struggles and support one another through the difficult moments life brings.
