Event Details

Join us for a mid-week pick-me-up yoga session on Wednesday morning! In this workout, be prepared to hold poses longer and feel a deeper stretch of your muscles—important to runners of all abilities.

Instructor Jennifer Jolorte is a former competitive dancer who turned to yoga and pilates as forms of self-care. She is a certified yoga instructor—including pre/postnatal yoga—and mat pilates instructor in New York, and her classes link movement and breath via Vinyasa-style yoga with Katonah influence.

Note: Yoga mats are not supplied at these classes.
