Description

Designed by runners for runners, this class will help participants run stronger and longer by using a combination of dynamic tools to increase mobility and functional strength. The class is composed of specific running exercises that will translate directly to your individual performance. This class consists of an active warm-up, stretching, a series of functional strength exercises, and a dynamic cool-down.

Be sure to wear your best sweat gear! This class will be taught by certified personal trainer and running coach Steve Mitchell. Learn more about Steve and the Foundry.
