Close out your weekend strong with this open-level Yinyasa class. Tailored to fit all levels, this class will focus on maintaining the essential balance between strength and flexibility. Expect a traditional flow with a strong focus on alignment, breath, and mind-body awareness. No prior experience is needed. This class will be taught by June Li Lo, an RYT certified yoga instructor.
