Come on one of our crafted and guided urban run tours, exploring some of the city’s most interesting and important areas.
All routes are designed to give you a flavour of what makes that area tick – how it has been, and will be in the past, present and future. Routes will take you through urban, cultural and social; landscapes, attractive parks and public spaces, along waterways and engaging streets, through inspiring places and past exciting buildings and more! Runs are typically 10 km, taking us around 2 hours with a number of stops, but please check each tour description for more information.

Ade Aboaba is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, comfortable working with men and women. She specializes in strength training, running, pre and postnatal exercise and group fitness.
She is the lead personal trainer at FIT CITY - Connecting people to the environments around them and the networks within them through fitness.
Being a new Mum, Ade is also aware of the challenges that women face keeping fit before, during and after pregnancy. Using pre & post-natal exercise programmes she's helping women regain and build their confidence and figures.
