Shape America will donate $50 worth of fitness materials per participant of the run. Our goal is 100 participants.  
 
Supporter Requirements: 3 Supporters (friends, families, coworkers) Donating $30 each

Up to one out of every five children in the U. S. is overweight or obese, and this number is continuing to rise. Overweight children are at high risk of becoming overweight adolescents and adults, placing them at risk of developing chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes later in life.

A child's total diet and activity level play an important role in determining a child's weight. My goal is provide education, guidance and activity. Junior Fit will not only provide fitness classes but will include education and guidance to help the children make healthier decisions. Classes will include parent classes to help further the family's health and fitness goals.

Push Harder Fitness

At Push Harder Fitness, owner and personal trainer Lisette has curated a calendar of intense dance-fitness classes designed to deliver complete and engaging workouts. Classes, which can be taken on a drop-in basis or through unlimited monthly memberships, include Zumba, hip-hop fitness, and kickboxing, as well as a custom four-week boot camp created by Lisette that incorporates nutritional counseling and motivational training.
