Want to know how to make and decorate the perfect cake for Christmas? Yes - then this is the course for you!

This workshop introduces you to the art of baking & cake decorating and will:

· Build your confidence by preparing a delicious fruit cake

· Work out what went wrong with your cake?

· Teach you about kitchen / food hygiene

· Teach you how to prepare fruits for your cake

· Introduction to cake covering

How to cover cake using Marzipan

· The colouring of sugar paste

· How to prepare butter cream and use simple piping strokes

· Simple cake toppers

· How to sell your cakes
