Short Day Energy Boosters, Saturday December 17th 7-9pm
At the final workshops, you'll discover ways to keep your energy up during the short days and cold weather. Feel awake and energized as you visit with friends, rush through the mall, and clean the house before entertaining company. You might even find that you feel good enough to hit the gym. Find what works for you and create a plan for ultimate success.
