WELCOME TO THE COLUMNS ESTATE MANSION!
Prepare for a night of 1920's style extravagance as we celebrate the matriarch Ruby McGowan-Davis' 90 years of excellence as a mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and friend to many at the luxurious Columns Estate Mansion! Come prepared to mingle with family and friends, eat, dance, and party the night away!
Arrival and Meet & Greet: Friday December 16th, 2016 at 3 pm
Guests may arrive on Friday to casually meet and greet, tour Tulsa, or rest in the beautiful 7000 sq. ft. fully furnished mansion. Food will be available for all the tired travelers (vegetarian options included), so don't worry, we got you! The Columns Estate comfortably sleeps several guests in 6 spacious bedrooms and plush sofas. Comfortable air mattresses are also an option as the mansion is quite spacious. There are 4 full bathrooms equipped with Jacuzzis and 2 half bathrooms. In the unlikely event that you find yourself bored, the estate features 5 large HDTVs with satellite/cable, a game room, a basketball court, and a grand home theater. Those who choose not to stay at the Columns Estate will have to make arrangements at nearby hotels.
Formal Dinner: Saturday December 17th, 2016 at 6 pm
Following a casual breakfast and lunch at the Columns Estate Mansion, we will host a party fit for a queen with a formal dinner, music, and much more! We encourage everyone to dress for the event in either 1920s themed attire or formal dinner wear, however this is not mandatory—just bring your body and have fun! This event is all about celebrating Mama Ruby’s life and legacy, so let’s make this a special weekend we can all remember.
Departure: Sunday December 18th, 2016 at 12 pm
Time to say our goodbyes! After an extravagant night at the Columns Estate Mansion, we will start Sunday morning off with a light breakfast following prayers for safe travels.
We are asking for a small contribution of $50 per person (excluding small children) to cover accommodations at the Columns Estate Mansion on December 16th-18th AND breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday December 17th. Any additional meals/excursions will be a personal expense. If you choose to stay in a nearby hotel, we ask for $25 per person (excluding small children) to cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday December 17th. We have several convenient ways that you may RSVP:
(1) Return the RSVP portion from the mailed invitation to the address listed with a check or money order to Euradell Davis.
(2) Complete the RSVP on Eventbrite. You may make your payment with a credit card online or mail a check or money order to the address listed. To pay by credit card, select either the $25 or $50 ticket, fill in the number of guests, and select "credit card" under payment method. All credit card information is secure and not recorded. There is a small charge to use the credit card service. If you are mailing payment, please follow the same steps as above, except select "pay by check" as the payment method. If you have small children, to help us get an accurate head count, please select the "free" ticket and enter number of small children attending.
(3) Or, if all else fails, just call us. We’ll figure it out.
Please RSVP by October 15th, 2016!! While we believe that we can accommodate everyone at the Columns Estate Mansion comfortably, we are operating on a first come first serve basis—meaning that if we reach capacity, those who RSVP’d late will have to make alternative hotel arrangements. We will promptly notify any guests whom we cannot accommodate, and return any money in excess of the $25 per person breakfast, lunch, and dinner charge.
