Join Dr. Kathleen Seabolt of the Vanderbilt Child and Family Center as she presents, "Teacher Leadership Voice: Build Excellence from Strength." Early childhood education must understand qualifications vs competencies to build programs of excellence. Amplifying the voices of teacher expertise supports this understanding. Resourcing teacher leadership voice is a critical action necessary for organizations to build equitable, excellent early childhood education. Here's how to get started!

1-hour of TN DHS credit is available upon completion of a reflection form. Link to reflection form will be provided following the webinar.

About the Presenter: Kathleen Seabolt, Ed.D, is an early childhood educator who has taught and administrated for over 30 years. She serves as the Executive Director for the Vanderbilt Child and Family Center. Kathleen studied Communications at Chapman University and earned a BA in Child Development, Communications and Social Policy from Mills College.
