This session is perfect for both new Admins needing initial training and more experienced Admins looking to refresh their knowledge on some of the core functions of the RTS platform.


Objectives:

  • Know how to set up and manage user accounts; and use filters
  • Understand the info on the Case List tab and how to use the various filters
  • Know how to create a new case, amend case details, update the case status and assign a case outcome
  • Know where to add a Note or a Document within a case
  • Understand how to leverage the various reports
