July Supper Clubs
We are pleased to announce dates and menus for our upcoming July Supper Club events Friday, July 8th and Saturday, July 9th. Chef Trevor Stockton will be offering choices from three courses on his summer seasonal menu including some of the selections to be featured in our Lodge Restaurant which will be opening to the public Monday through Saturday in late July. When not in the kitchen preparing meals for Lodge guests Trevor and his culinary team have been busy this spring and summer in our first RT Lodge Garden, and he is excited to share some of his special pickings during these events.
As in the past our doors will open at 5:00 each evening for cocktails and mingling, and seating preferences may be requested for 6:00, 6:45, 7:30 or 8:15 on a first call, first choice basis. Please call the Lodge during midweek business hours to request seating times and to provide the names included in your party, or you may e-mail your preference to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Three Course Menu $50 per person (includes tax and service)
Alcohol not included.
Heirloom Tomato Salad
A variety of heirloom tomatoes with fresh Cruze Farm buttermilk cheese, pickled & fried green tomato
Mixed Greens Salad
local greens tossed with lemon vinaigrette, radish, herbs
toasted cashew and coconut, chile-lime vinaigrette, house smoked chili powder
Grilled Hanger Steak
sweet corn, grilled summer vegetables, chimichurri
Grilled Red Fish
Anson Mills farro, roasted pepper sauce, shaved beets and radish
Buttermilk Fried Chicken
served with house made fermented jalapeno hot sauce and sourwood honey and a side of collard greens
brown sugar-vanilla ice cream
