About this event
During an intensive two days of training, Retirement Solutions University (RSU) is focusing on the fundamentals of using Indexed Universal Life (IUL) and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA) to create tax-deferred and tax-free income solutions! The Retirement Solutions team will teach you how to provide clients with retirement income that is guaranteed to last a lifetime and how to use Whole Life products to help your clients not only eliminate their debt, but to build wealth to help break the debt cycle.
Prior to attending, you will need to complete the pre-requisite, self-paced online drills found on the Retirement Solutions training center. These drills will provide your foundational knowledge of concepts and products. The Retirement Solutions team, Senior Vice President Pete Lee, Vice President Bill Martin 2.0, and Director of Business Development Joe Skelley, will take those fundamentals and show you how to apply them to real-world situations and working with an actual client. Training will include sales presentations and the completion of a final exam.
Upon successful completion, you will be on your way to earning the Retirement Solutions Specialist badge. You will be able to begin competently working with your own clients and assisting your teammates with theirs to offer debt elimination solutions and indexed products as solutions for their safe savings and retirement income needs. The Equis Retirement Solutions Division will offer a support network made up of industry veterans with decades of experience, providing state-of-the-art technology and training tools that will help you achieve Retirement Solutions Specialist status.
RSU will be on Tuesday, March 14th, from 9 AM - 5 PM, and Wednesday, March 15th, from 9 AM - 5 PM. There is a $129 tuition fee, which includes lunch both days!
