Events that you can enter include:

Full Powerlifting:

Raw Classic (Naked Knees)

Raw Modern (Knee sleeve or knee wraps can be worn. You cannot wear both at the same time.)

Equipped: Single Ply or Multi-Ply

Bench Only: Raw Classic, Single Ply or Multi-Ply

Deadlift Only: Raw, Single Ply or Multi-Ply

All Lifters must wear a Singlet | Registration will Fill up before the deadline. Don't wait.

Early Registration deadline: online registration by November 21, 2020 @ Midnight

After November 21, 2020 there will be a $25.00 late fee

Divisions:

Teenage 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, Juniors 20-23, Open, Sub-Masters, Police and Fire, Military, and

Masters 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

Weight Classes:

Female - For each division: 97,105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, Super Heavy

Male - For each division: 97,105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, Super Heavy

Early Entry Fee:

Full Powerlifting Meet: $110.00

Squat Only: $90.00

Bench Only: $90.00

Deadlift Only: $90.00

Any two lifts Only (ex. Bench Only and Deadlift Only): $110.00

Early Weigh-In Times:

Friday, December 4, 2020 9:00am-12:00pm AND 5:00pm-7:00pm*****

Competitors Rules Meeting: 8:00 AM

Prizes are awarded for the athletes who place in the 1st through 3rd places
