RULES @ 8:00AM! LIFTING starts @ 9AM! Both days.
ALL LIFTERS MUST BE PRESENT FOR RULES CLINIC THE MORNING THEY LIFT. FAILURE TO BE PRESENT FOR THE PRESENTATION OF RULES MAY RESULT IN FORFEIT OF ENTRY.

Equipment must meet RPS specifications. As the participating athlete you are responsible for knowing the rules and equipment requirements for your division and event.
