My Fitness Boxing classes require no experience and I have modifications for all fitness levels, making it the perfect exercise for EVERYONE.
The workouts include isometric training, carefully choreographed aerobic elements and core work, resulting in a total body workout. With my fitness boxing, participants will "train like a fighter without taking the punches."
Along with instructing the 60-minute long classes, I would also offer participants healthy meal plans to help them build upon their healthy lifestyle in the kitchen as well.
Pound for pound boxing is the toughest sport in the world. Boxing can transform a person’s health. I am living proof of this statement and would relish the opportunity to share my love of this great sport with anyone who cares to learn.
