Can Anyone do it?

Yes, anyone can come and join us. We ask that you register and we will email you full details of what to expect.

People who intend to kayak will need to provide their own equipment and be able to paddle the distance that they sign up for.

Runners

Runners can choose to run a distance they are comfortable with. The 5km runners will run 2.5km out and then turn around and run 2.5km back. Of course you can run further if you wish.

The 50km Runners Runners can take as long as required on each day to get to the end of the stage.

The 144km Runners will need to be certain they can cover the full distance over the 3 days.

Kayakers

Kayakers can again choose the distance they are comfortable with. We are really interested to get people to join us from clubs based on the Royal Canal along the way.
