The Roxodus Music Fest was abruptly canceled by the event organizers on July 3, 2019.

After multiple attempts to communicate and secure funds back from the Roxodus organizers, they have provided no indication that they will be issuing refunds to ticket holders. We believe attendees deserve to get their money back now, so we have set up an Eventbrite-funded Fan Relief Program to make all Roxodus ticket holders whole while we continue to aggressively pursue the return of funds from the festival's creators.

Get your rock on at Roxodus—the newest, epic music festival. This July, we’re bringing some of the greatest bands in the world together just north of Toronto for the first annual Roxodus Music Fest. Along with a wide range of food and drink, art installations, camping, emerging artists and more, all in one place. It’s four days of incredible music, art and food in the company of rock legends—and those about to be.

TICKET INFORMATION

Only purchase Roxodus Music Fest tickets from the official Roxodus Music Fest ticketing page (you’re here!). If you purchase from another source, you risk purchasing a counterfeit or invalid ticket. Roxodus is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial sources.

Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of the Roxodus Music Fest.

IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you still do not see your order confirmation, click here to access the Eventbrite help center.

The Roxodus Music Fest is a cashless payment system event and no admission tickets will be issued for this event. All purchasers will receive a festival wristband by mail until the shipping cut-off date of June 19, 2019, after which you will receive a ticket to exchange for a wristband at the box off, or pick-up wristbands at will-call. You must register the wristband. Instructions on how to register your wristband will be included in your mailed package.

Need to view or update your shipping address? Click here for instructions. You will be able to update your shipping address until June 10, 2019.

Your wristbands should arrive approximately 2 weeks before the event. Wristbands will be sent to the shipping address specified on your order. All international orders outside North America will be held at will call.

Do not tamper with the wristband in any way. Damaged or altered wristbands will prevent you from gaining access and if you willingly damage the bracelet you will be asked to leave the Festival. If a wristband replacement is required a $25 fee will be charged.

You cannot share the wristband or sell it to another party.

All sales final. No refunds or exchanges.

We go rain or shine. Performers, lineups, and programs are subject to change at any time. We will do our best to convey any changes in a timely manner.
