Description

Cheese & chocolate? These two delicacies are fantastic on their own and even better together. But don't just take our word for it, try it for yourself.

Join Alison Leber, a.k.a. the Roving Cheese Monger, and Lauren Adler, Chief Chocophile of Chocolopolis, for a cheese and chocolate pairing class. They work with a panel of customers to blind taste and rate the many samples of chocolate they receive before deciding which chocolate bars to add to their curated collection.
