Event description

Description

A Roundhouse Fire Circle is a small facilitated group, for people who are in the process of igniting something important in their professional or personal life.

Fire circles stimulate professional growth, develop personal capacity and help cultivate new ideas, contacts and support so you can achieve what's most important to you.

You might be feeling excited, enthused, overwhelmed, stuck or confused, but whatever space you're in a fire circle is designed to help you access exactly what you need to move forward with what is important to you.

A combination of group sharing, peer-to-peer input, coaching, innovative ideas and perspective changing content all contribute to creating a powerful developmental journey.

Each Fire Circle is confidential and unique, woven from who the participants are, what they bring and their willingness to engage whole heartedly with the process.

A circle meets twice a month for a 2 hour facilitated session each time. A flexible and responsive structure helps hold the space and includes a check-in round, lens sessions, peer to peer input and a closing circle. Additional individual coaching is always available on request.

This autumn's Fire Circle will meet at Redbrick House in central Bristol and we will also have access to a traditional Roundhouse and fire pit in ancient woodland on the edge of the city.

We will be meeting every other Tuesday evening between 19:15 and 21:30 staring on Tuesday 10th October and running until Tuesday 19th December.

This autunm's Firce Circle Series will include lens sessions drawing on Fredric Laloux's - Re-Inventing Organisations, Otto Schamer's - Theory U, Parker Plamer's - A Hidden Wholeness, Brene Brown's - The Power of Vulnerability, Stephen Jenkinson's - Die Wise: A Manifesto for Sanity and Soul and Dan Pontefract's - The Purpose Effect.
