Be at this Round Table to explore the gaps in management that have to be filled to sustain business growth. Bring your questions about shifting from startup Founder to Executive and Manager of your growing company. Jeff Pilisuk and Amy Barr, Advisors in the PROPEL Small Business Growth Program will lead the discussion.
Hear about the expansion of social ventures and investing globally. Jeff was recently accepted into the Frontier Market Scouts Fellowship Program, which is run by the Center for Social Impact Learning at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey. The Fellowship consists of a two-week certification course on Social Enterprise Management and Impact Investing, followed by a 6-month field placement with a partner organization. Jeff completed his training last week, and next month he will head off to Nairobi, Kenya to work with Burn Manufacturing, a producer of clean cookstoves in East Africa.
