Event Information
Description
Join us for a special Metro sponsored #BikeMonth ride to the Huntington Library and Botanical Gardens, and enjoy FREE admission to the grounds (usually $25 per person)!
Riders will meet at the Filmore Gold Line Station at the intersection of Filmore and Arroyo Parkway in Pasadena, and then traverse one of the City of Pasadena's proposed "Roseways" (bike-friendly, traffic-calmed streets) to one of the most famous and popular destinations in the San Gabriel Valley, the Huntington Library and Botanical Gardens in San Marino, which recently installed 30 high quality bicycle racks. The 3.9 mile route will pass through some of the City’s most beautiful, tree-lined streets in the Madison Heights historic district on the way to the Huntington, and then take a direct route to the Gold Line Allen Station via....Allen! :)
Please note that 70 tickets have been reserved for our group. If for any reason you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation or let us know ASAP so we can invite some from the wait list. THANK YOU!
