Rosemary Magee Creativity Conversation with Marie Heaney and Catherine Heaney: Celebrating the Book Launch of Seamus Heaney’s “100 Poems”

About this Event

The Stuart A. Rose Library and the Emory Irish Studies Program are proud to celebrate the U.S. book launch of “100 Poems by Seamus Heaney.” Emory’s director of Irish Studies Geraldine Higgins will lead a conversation and reading with the late poet’s wife, Marie, and daughter, Catherine. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.

Schedule:

6-7 p.m.: Reception in the Rose Library (Level 10) and viewing of some materials from the Seamus Heaney collection.

7-8 p.m.: Conversation in the Jones Room (Level 3).
