Our auras act as energetic sponges, absorbing the energy of others, and then we struggle with the consequences of this foreign energy that contaminates our system and clouds our clarity. Carrying energy that is not ours, or energy that no longer serves us, can lead to such confusion that we no longer know who we truly are and what we want to create in this world.
In this full-day workshop, you will learn the Rose Meditation, a powerful tool that uses visualization techniques to protect your aura and cleanse your energy. In this process, you will learn how to observe your own energy, separate the energy of others from your own, release energy that is no longer serving you, increase your essential vibration, open to your intuition, and connect to your inner guidance system.
The cleansing of your aura will release dense energies and negative patterns of behavior that interfere with your life and well-being. And through this cleansing and the Rose Meditation practice, you will raise your vibration and increase the space for living your truth and manifesting your dreams.
Kelly Owen is a certified aura reading therapist, a Rose Meditation instructor, a Chi Nei Tsang practitioner, a yoga teacher, and a bodyworker. He has dedicated his life to the journey of healing and self-awareness, and over the past two decades he has lived and worked in various countries in Africa, Asia, South America, and the South Pacific. His intention through his healing work is to be a mirror for others—to reflect back each person's unique gifts, divinity, and light.
