"Rooted" is a pop-up, communal dinner that showcases ingredients available during the Winter with dishes that focus heavily on roots and other ingredients that originate in the earth.
The dinner is composed by Shawn J Perkins of Kitchen 324 and Matthew Maycumber of Republic Gastropub,
Each guest will be served an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Coffee will be included with dessert.
All proceeds go to support and fund Resonator Art Space.
