Description

This is a competition for people who are NEW to CrossFit and/or CrossFit competitions.

BEGINNER Category: Athletes in this category typically have NOT competed in any CrossFit competitions. They are new to CrossFit in general, and/or are not able to handle the weights/difficulty of the Intermediate division.

INTERMEDIATE Category: Athletes in this category typically have done 0-3 CrossFit competitions, but NOT on an "Rx Level", nor do they always come in on the top of the whiteboard at their gym when they Rx workouts. These are mid-level CrossFit athletes. They may be brand new to CrossFit, or have been in the game a while without competing.

If you buy a ticket, be sure to makr yourself as "Going" in the event page!

Information on Parking/Arrival Time/Athlete Meeting/Timeline/Heats will be emailed out within the week of the event. For now, here are the workouts!

6 minutes to establish a 1RM Squat Clean Thruster

14 KB Swings

Intermediate: (115/80 & 55/35)

Beginners: (95/65 & 45/25)

5 Front Squats

10 Shoulder to Overheads

15 Back Squats

20 Deadlifts

25 Box Jumps

20 Deadlifts

15 Back Squats

10 Shoulder to Overheads

5 Front Squats

Box (24/20), step ups allowed for scaled

8 min time cap (may be lengthened. TBD)
