About this Event

It’s the other rat. The rat that prefers to stay high in the shadows. A rat that may never touch the ground its’ entire life. The rat that is causing headaches in a wide range of commercial facilities. Meet the roof rat.

Roof rat pressure is rising up and down the I-5 corridor, from Washington State to Southern California but because this elusive rodent remains hidden in high, out of the way locations within a structure, many facility and property managers are unaware of the threat.

To help facility and property managers responsible rodent management respond to this threat, this webinar will cover:

• An overview of roof rat biology, behavior and habitats, and what separates them from the Norway rat.

• The latest rodent trend data on where roof rat populations are most active and what type of facilities they are targeting.

• Proven strategies for designing an IPM-based rodent management program that emphasizes inspection, exclusion, monitoring, and sanitation.

• How is remote monitoring technology impacting roof rat management and is it right for your facility?
