FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes you must bring your identification that displays the same name as your ticket. All attendees must be 18 years of age for all events.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

You may bring any books or items from home you wish to have signed. No alcohol is permitted in the signing room.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

If you are no longer able to attend you may sell your ticket to another at face value. Both parties must notify the organizers via email and all parties must be copied.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. If you purchase tickets for more than yourself/one person make sure to edit the tickets to the name of the other attendees. If you do not update each ticket then the sole ticket owner will be required and responsible to register for the event and pick up all wristbands which are required to enter each event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, it would be preferable. Make sure your tickets and identification match otherwise if you do not have your ticket you will not be permitted entrance

What is the refund policy?

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No, all names on the registration/ticket must match the identification you bring with you.
