At Hormonally, we believe that understanding your health should be empowering— not overwhelming. That’s why we’re teaming up with Skate Buddies to combine movement, education, and community in a way that transforms well-being from the inside out.

Skating boosts mental health, builds resilience and helps you to reconnect with your body. While you're on a roll with taking care of your health, Hormonally is here to get you on the inside track with learning about how movement, hormones, and mental well-being are all deeply connected.

Ever had a question about your period, menopause, or hormones but didn’t know who to ask? We’re here to change that. No topic is too small, too awkward or off-limits - just real talk about real health, in a judgement-free, supportive space. Let’ s get the conversation rolling (literally)! Whether you’re a total beginner or rediscovering the joy of movement, this event is for you.
