Learn why you should become an advocate for the issues that are important to you. Captain Rodney Smith worked as a fishing guide on the Indian River Lagoon Coast for years while serving as publisher of Coastal Angler magazine and writing several books. As Chairman of the Marine Resources Council and a leader of Anglers for Conservation, Rodney has become a strong advocate for protecting our natural resources. His presentation will cover his experiences that led him to serve as an advocate for issues that he considers important.
