Rocky Transitions: Guided Reflection & Community Sharing for Transformation
On Monday, June 9, 2025 at 8:00 PM (Eastern Time) we will gather to reflect and share on the meaning of life's rocky transitions.
Sometimes, moving into the "new thing" doesn't always leave us settled. Sometimes, big changes - even ones long sought after - can leave us feeling more unsettled in their wake.
Change is a raw state to be in. It can feel raw, exciting, nerve-wracking, fulfilling, and yet, at it's crux, it can leave a person questioning everything... wondering, should I turn back? What was this change worth, especially when I can't yet see the payoff for it? What does change bring up for you - grief? Fear or relief? Confusion, excitement, relaxation?
Leaving behind the old to walk into the new and unknown can bring up some intense emotions. This event space is designed for us to explore the turbulent depths of transition in an intentional, inquisitive, shared setting.
Join us to dive in, ponder, and make meaning out of life's rocky transitions together.
Where: Jitsi, an online video meet platform. It's just as easy as zoom! You don't need an account to join, just click the link (sent to you upon your paid RSVP) and join! Easy as that.
What to expect: We will start with a brief introduction and ease our way into the self-reflection portion of our evening. Then, we will have a few minutes to meditate, journal on, or contemplate a series of questions. After solo self-reflection, we will have the floor to share any discoveries, musings, struggles or insights, and anything we wish to share.
What to bring: If you prefer writing to self-reflect, bring a journal. Otherwise, just yourself. You should be in a comfortable environment.
Bring a Friend - Bring a Mirror: This is an intimate space designed for depth, not crowds. If you're navigating something tender, chances are someone you love is too.
Grab a 2-for-1 ticket and bring someone who's ready to reflect, soften, and grow alongside you.
Some healing journeys are meant to be witnessed... Others happen best when we are seen.
