Event description

Description

What is a rock and how are they formed. Learn about the difference between a rock and mineral, and how rocks create an earthquake. Several audience members will make toothpaste for rocks; allowing everyone to taste (if they wish too!). Samples of rocks, minerals and fossils will be used during the show. Participants will also create an earthquake on our seismograph. Includes a take-away Pennsylvania Fossil! Bring camera, and take a picture of yourself with replica of a real T-Rex footprint.
