Rock'n Hip Hop Yoga

This edgy, beat-based yoga practice will inspire you to move, let go, let in, and set yourself free. Outta-da-box and out of the cage we fly, yoga style, to a higher view of ourselves and into a deep place in our soul. Also, get ready to BREATHE folks, this is beat-based breathwork as well. The whole experience is a full on passion ride. All levels, all styles, all genres of music, all bodies are welcome.

This will be outside with heaters. Bring a mat, water, your open heart and workout ready attitude!

Nicole Peltier has rocked the mat for over 23 years and she knows her moves. "It feels like flying!" says some of her students when describing her musically-motivated yoga classes. Nicole brings her passion for Rock'n Roll music into her teaching so deeply you feel like you are at a concert. She created H3: Hip Hop Hatha Yoga Teacher Training to share her Beat-Based style of yoga to yoga teachers. In 2016, she trademarked Raven Yoga for Freedom for students looking to address addictive behaviors after she began her own recovery journey. Nicole has studied with several shaman and integrates her shamanic practices into her classes as well. Nicole has taught classes to live music with bands and dj's for over a decade. She has such an intuition about the music, she feels it, no doubt. NO ONE LEFT BEHIND. This woman has a way of leading that works for everyone, no matter the age, level or background. Nicole has taught her rock'n yoga classes at Telluride Yoga Fest, Fayetteville Yoga Fest, Yoga Farm Fest, Big OM Fest and Retreats, Dazen Collective Yoga Retreats, Connect & Evolve Yoga Retreats, I AM Yoga Fest, OKC Yoga Fest and more. She hosts several of her own Raven Yoga Nation yoga retreats each year in Fayetteville, Bali, Mexico, and more.
