Description

It's the new year, and whether you're a new runner, newly getting back into running, or an run OG looking to take things up a notch in 2018 - Rock Solid Runner is for you.

This workshop and class will:

- Help you identify your areas of weakness and learn techniques to keep them from breaking down and resulting in injury.

- Teach you drills and cues for improving form (cause improved form = faster running).

- Give you a short and sweet cooldown and recovery routine.

- Introduce some simple mental training - because sports are 90% mental and 10% physical, after all.

You'll leave with a customized plan to make you stronger and faster, prevent injury, and recover like Wolverine.


FAQ:

1. What do I need to bring? You'll need to bring running shoes, a yoga mat, and a pen. That's it.

2. Will there be running involved? Yes, you'll run a grand total of 1 mile.

3. Will there be yoga involved? Yes, you'll do a short flow to end the class.

4. Should I be scared? NO! Be excited. This is for all levels and you'll definitely leave learning something new!
