Rochmon Record Club will converge to listen and learn about Carole King’s landmark 1971 album “Tapestry.” January 30th at 7:30 pm

About this Event

On Carole King’s 2nd LP she pulled out all the stops. “Tapestry” is one of the best-selling albums of all time written and performed by one of Rock & Roll’s best-selling composers, Carole King! Songs like “I Feel The Earth Move”, “So Far Away”, “Beautiful”, “It’s Too Late” and 8 more instantly recognizable songs create a “Tapestry” of great songs which won 4 Grammy awards and ushered in the era of the singer-songwriter. Carole King - “Tapestry” Listening Party begins at 7:30 pm with a live audio & video presentation by Chuck Vosganian aka “Rochmon”. A Rochmon Record Club Listening Party is meant to inform and deepen our understanding of the history of the individual performers, songs and the stories that went into the making of this classic album. By listening together, we hear the music again for the first time. We’ll listen to “Tapestry” on The Linda’s state of the art sound system.
