ROCHE CHO Counting Session November 2025

If you would like an introduction to carbohydrate counting or feel like you would benefit from a refresher session then our Diabetes Dietitians run these sessions for you!

You need to attend both sessions that run in November (please book a place on both sessions) to get the most benefit and all courses are run in the Chaplaincy Centre at the Borders General Hospital, which is the curved building just to the right of the main hospital building.
