Have you ever wanted to make a cool gagdet like a remote control car with your phone, device to let you monitor your garden while you’re not home or even turn your lights in the home on and off with your phone while you’re at work? Projects like these come with challenges, but they can be a lot easier than you think. Join us for a crash course in the basics. This course assumes that you have never worked with a micro-controller or electronics, but have a deep desire to learn and get started. What you will need is basic computer knowledge and the ability to absorb and retain information quickly. We will cover the basics of electronics, points layout, micro-controller programming, troubleshooting using terminal and test equipment such as digital multi-meters and other basic concepts to get you started in the world of robotics and automation.
