The Roanoke Special Events and Design Conference is produced by J. Robinson Signature Events, DC Metro Area’s top event and wedding professionals. As the conference host, I would like to thank you for partnering with us to make this inaugural event a huge success! It is our hope that this will be the beginning of a thriving annual event for industry professionals in Southwest Virginia and beyond.
The goal of this 2-day event is to bring quality content and innovative speakers to the Roanoke Valley in an effort to unify the special events industry within the Mid-Atlantic region. Attendees can expect a wealth of valuable content and an abundance of opportunities to elevate their business through continuing education. Using this platform, we also want to spotlight those vendors who currently service this growing area while introducing new professionals on a national level.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, all registration is transferrable but non-refunable. Attendee must notify the organizer or update their event registration by March 3, 2017.
Who is invited to the Finale Dinner Reception?
Our Finale Dinner Reception is open to all attendees and their guest. We want to share the fun with everyone so bring a friend for this wonderful night of elegance and fun! Tickets are limited to 2 per purchaser. All attendees must be 21 years of age to attend.
