Site Visit Agenda

Our office is a dynamic sales floor with some of the best reps in the country. We are fast paced and hardworking but we also keep things relaxed with music and games. Come shadow the floor! Within the day you will meet with our lead Philadelphia recruiter who will take you through a general overview of the company and its history as well as the positions we have available and the career paths following those positions. You will receive a tour of the office as well. You will then be able to experience the floor. You will be shadowing sales reps at different stages of their career from trainee to team lead as well as Logistics Coordinators. We will have some hands on activities for you to give you an idea of what it is like to work in logistics and make sales! Over lunch, you will meet with our floor managers. They will discuss their career paths and how they entered the company and progressed to their current positions. We will review some trends in the industry to express what a changing environment we are working in. Here, there will be some time for you to ask them any questions you may have about our company or the industry. Lastly, there will be an opportunity to review your resume with our recruiter. She will be able to give you advice on how to improve them as well as your Linkedin pages.

What are the program's policies?

Refunds of the $10 attendance fee will only be offered if the sponsoring organization cancels the visit. There will be no refunds for transportation expenses.

Only students of member schools allowed, as this program is a member benefit. Ask your career center if your institution is part of the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE).

What is the snow/inclement weather policy?

The EACE Site Coordinator will contact attendees in the event that the site visit needs to be cancelled/rescheduled due to inclement weather.

Additional Information

The Road Trips to the Real World program is open to current undergraduate and graduate students attending schools that are members of The Eastern Association of College & Employers (EACE). To see if your school is a member, please inquire with your campus career center. Students from non-EACE member schools will not be allowed to participate.

Space is limited and available a on a first-come, first-served basis. You are allowed to register for a maximum of 5 site visits per year as long as their dates do not conflict.

**STUDENT AGREEMENT: By registering for this event, I agree to adhere to all deadlines involved with the EACE Road Trips to the Real World Program and understand that I am representing my college/university and the EACE organization. I verify that I am available for the date and time of this event. I am expected to show up at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time and make my own transportation/parking arrangements to and from the event. I understand that I may need photo identification to enter the site. Lastly, I understand that I should be prepared and dressed professionally for the event.

*The deadline to register for site visits is Friday, December 7, 2018.*

You will be asked to confirm your registration for your site visits by emailing an RSVP to the site coordinator. If you miss the RSVP deadline, you will forfeit your spot on the Road Trip and it will be given to someone on the waitlist.
