RNG WORKS - Technical Workshop & Trade Expo for the Renewable Natural Gas industry - will be hosted at the Music City Center in the city of Nashville, TN (September 11-12).

RNG WORKS appeals to feedstock owners (landfill, wastewater, livestock, agriculture and food processing), RNG project developers, operators, engineers, manufacturers, equipment, technology and service providers, marketers, transporters, fueling stations, fleets, municipalities, universities, utilities and other end-users interested in renewable natural gas (as a feedstock, fuel or energy source).

When registering, whose information should I enter?

Please enter the information of the person that will be attending. *NOTE: Name, Title and Company will be printed on your attendee badge EXACTLY AS ENTERED.


How do I obtain an information kit for my Exhibit Space?

You will receive an information kit upon completing booth registration. Exhibit Spaces must be reserved by 12:00 AM Pacific on August 26. *Host/Sponsorships secured after 12:00 AM Pacific on August 26 will forfeit the Exhibit Space otherwise included with Host/Sponsorship.


How do I obtain the additional registrations included with my sponsorship?

If you have registered at a Host/Sponsorship Level that includes more than one member registration, a link to access the additional registrations will be emailed to you directly by RNG Coalition/Conference Staff. *Host/Sponsorships secured after 12:00 AM Pacific on August 26 will forfeit the Exhibit Space otherwise included with Host/Sponsorship.


Is there an RNG WORKS 2019 preferred hotel or room block?

We do not have a room block reserved for this event but there are a number of hotels within walking distance of the Music City Center. DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, ATTENDEES ARE ENCOURAGED TO SECURE HOTEL RESERVATIONS WELL IN ADVANCE OF RNG WORKS.


Where can I find the layout of the exhibit area/ location of my exhibit?

A floor plan will be available to exhibitors upon registering. We will work to ensure each exhibitor is given the best possible exhibit space in the order space is secured.


What is the dress code?

Dress for RNG WORKS is casual. We recommend you wear whatever is most comfortable for you. Since temperatures can vary in the Expo Hall, consider bringing a light jacket or sweater.


Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

If you have any questions regarding your registration, payment, special requests or updating your Host/Sponsorship, Exhibit Space or Registration order please contact RNG Coalition Events Manager at LeSharon@RNGCoalition.com.


What is the registration cancellation policy?

Cancellations for RNG WORKS must be in writing. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued on the date of receipt of written cancellation and will be issued as follows: Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of the registered event amount, less a $100.00 administrative fee. We will not issue refunds for other special events or offerings in connection with RNG WORKS. Cancellations of registration paid in full and received less than 30 days from the start of the event will be eligible for future meeting credit worth 50% of the registered event amount, not including other special events offered during the RNG WORKS event. This meeting credit can be used for RNG 2019 CONFERENCE or RNG SUMMIT 2019 or RNG WORKS 2020. No shows will not be awarded a refund.


Can I update my registration information?

Please contact LeSharon@RNGCoalition.com if you need to update, transfer or otherwise change your registration information.


Do I need a ticket to enter? Where do I pick up my badge?

Your proof of registration is required to obtain your entrance badge, which will enable access into the Technical Workshop and Expo Hall. Please have your email confirmation in hand at Registration & Check-in.

Badges will NOT be mailed out prior to the conference. Your RNG WORKS badge must be picked up on-site at the Registration & Check-in counter between 7:00-8:30am on Wednesday, September 11th.
