Are We There Yet? | Healing Harms in Sexual and Family Violence and the Role of Restorative Justice

Friday Opening Night is free for all to attend! Please come and join the circle. | Saturday Workshop Session begins at 9:00am - Ticket required.

Three experts in the field will speak on their work
with survivors of sexual assault and domestic
violence and discuss the role of restorative practices
in deepening healing and closure for victims.

Kaaren M. Wlliamsen Ph.D.: Director of Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center at the University of Michigan. Member of NACRJ*

Dr. Joan Pennell: Founding Director of the Center of Family and Community Engagement and Professor of Social Work at North Carolina State University. Member of NACRJ*

Duke Fisher: Lead trainer at Learning Labs, Inc. and Skidmore College Project on Restorative Justice. He is a New York State Certified Mediation Trainer and past Director of the Dispute Resolution Center for Delaware and Chenango Counties.
