Its time to reserve your step so you can Rize N Flow this upcoming Monday. You've seen it on Facebook so now its time to experience it.
This isn't your ticket for entry into class, its simply to Reserve your step.
Please arrive on time as we will be handing out the steps promptly at 7:30. If you're NOT present at the time we start handing out steps your step will be given to someone on the waiting list. **NO EXCEPTIONS**
**Your health should be your priority, BE ON TIME**
If you've never been to Flow FItness please complete the waiver by copying the link below into your browers and and complete the waiver there or visit flowfitnestx.com. Please bring you phone to show proof that it was complete IF this is your First Time!
1. Bring towel because we will sweat.
2. A thin inexpensive floor mat from the dollor store would be a good idea just in case your step tends to slide.
3. Bring all your positive energy and a friend to share the experience!
4. Be open to learn, to be challenged, and to be out of breath. lol jk
5. And always wear a Smile even when your'e tired! ;)
