About this event
Please join us for our Winter Concert!
We're excited to share the warmth and wonder of the holiday season and bring you a concert that's like a fun toy shop filled with wonderful and shiny things. We'll feature the innocence and warmth of the Humperdinck (Prelude and selections), the freshness of Debussy's Scottish March, the high Viennese elegance of Korngold's overture to his pantomime "The Snowman," and the beloved selections from Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker (the Character Dances followed by the Waltz of the Flowers).
We'll be performing:
- Humperdinck: Prelude and selections from Hansel & Gretel
- Debussy: Marche Ecoissaise (Scottish March)
- Korngold: Overture to the Snowman
- Tchaikovsky: Selections from the Nutcracker Suite
The performance ends around 9pm. Your ticket includes our post-concert reception, where you can mingle with our community of music makers and music lovers over festive light bites till 10pm.
