Attain & Sustain is a 12-week healthy lifestyle programme that educates and empowers you to attain your goals in the short-term and sustain them in the long-term. By taking a sustainable, lifestyle approach, Attain & Sustain will help you to attain body confidence, weight-loss and health.
Each week is split into two parts, nutrition and lifestyle seminar, followed by a group exercise session. Within the first hour you will be privatley weighed-in before the seminar. The seminars cover a breadth of topics including: goal-setting, balancing blood sugar levels, hydration, metabolism and sleep. Each seminar will give you a "take-home message" to work on the the following seven days. The exercise is inclusive for all abilities and fitness levels.
