River 2 River Fitness is proud to present the 2017 River 2 River Throwdown!

This competition is unlike no other. This competition will be made up of teams of 4 (2 males and 2 females). But whereas most competitions take up your entire day, the 2017 River 2 River Throwdown will test your teams functional fitness and strategic maneuvering for just 90 minutes of a shot-gun style CrossFit Team Competition.

Do you think you have what it takes? We'll give you 4 WODs to complete in 90 just minutes. The format of all the WODs will be explained, BUT all 4 teammates will participate in every workout. There will be built in tie-breakers so there won't be a need for a final WOD!

The day for the competition will be Saturday June 3rd (Rx) and Sunday June 4th (scaled).

BUT...This year the prize* will be winner takes all. The Rx will be a cash prize of $1000* and the scaled will be one of the best prizes* any scaled team has ever recieved (TBA later)!

WODs will be announced in advance to give you and your team plenty of time to strategize. You may only be on the competition floor for 90 minutes, but stick around for the fun. The action will be going all day...You don't want to miss this one!! The first 32 teams (8 teams per heat) to register for Rx and Scaled will lock in their spot and get to pick their heat!

*If you are worried about a weight, you can scale the weight even more however your team will be pentalized.
