START 2018 WITH NO REGRETS! RISE UP is an 8-week challenge designed for anyone who is busy, stressed and needs a swift kick in the rear to “get back in shape”. If you are seeking the resources, support and motivation to take your fitness and nutrition game to the next level (or simply, just get started), than we are here to help!

Want to feel more confident in your clothes? RISE UP! Want to be able to sit in a chair without having to unbutton your pants? RISE UP! Want to rock it in your bathing suit over Spring Break? RISE UP! Want to tone up your arms, legs and tummy? RISE UP! Want to clean up your nutrition? RISE UP! Want to get rid of your shapewear? RISE UP! Want to look in the mirror and feel sexy AF!? RISE UP!!!

Whatever your fitness goal, our coaches are dedicated to helping you achieve it! Here’s what’s included in the RISE UP challenge:

TRAINING

  • Metabolic Resistance training is one of the best strategies for building lean muscle, torching fat and improving overall physical fitness... at the same time!

    • Personalized attention, modifications and motivation from our coaching staff to ensure proper form and movement patterns so you get the most out of each exercise

NUTRITION SEMINAR

  • Never fall off the wagon again! This seminar will teach you how to create habits that will last a lifetime
  • Your Metabolism and You: Learn how your choices affect your health and hotness
  • Nutrition Guide: Get the tools to understand fat loss including how much, what and how often you should be eating
  • Rise Up Cookbook: Downloadable version of our favorite recipes!

ROAD MAP TO SUCCESS

  • Learn how to set realistic expectations and create personal goals
  • Find solutions to overcome self-imposed limitations
  • Discover how mindset impacts your ability to succeed

PROGRESS TRACKING & ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Weight, body fat % and waist/hip measurements taken at week 1, week 4 and week 8
  • Performance challenges at week 1 and week 8 – See how well you can improve your strength and endurance in just 2 months!
  • Attendance chart at the gym to help keep you accountable and consistent
  • Weekly nutrition logs to keep you mindful of what you are eating and help create new habits for sustainable results

RISE UP will run from January 14 through March 11. Here are some important dates to note:

  • Friday, January 5 // 6pm-8pm: Kick-Off Event (everything you need to know about Rise Up)
  • Saturday, January 6 // 12pm-3pm: Measurements and performance testing (option 1)
  • Friday, January 12 // 5pm- 7:45pm: Measurements and performance testing (option 2)
  • Friday, February 2 // 4:45pm-6:45pm: Mid-Challenge Check-in (body composition measurements-option 1)
  • Saturday, February 3 // 7am-9am: Mid-Challenge Check-in (body composition measurements-option 2)
  • Friday, February 9 // 5:30pm-7pm: Halfway to Glory Roundtable
  • Saturday, March 10 // Last day for unlimited group training
  • Friday, March 16// 6-8pm: Awards Ceremony & Celebration
